Is this role right for you?

In this role you will:
  • Lead and manage QE teams supporting APIs and distributed services

  • Design and evolve API test automation frameworks

  • Stay hands on with automation, CI/CD, and service level testing

  • Partner closely with engineering and platform teams to embed quality early

  • Drive automation first, reliability and resiliency focused QE practices

  • Support AI adoption in QE to improve test efficiency and quality insights

  • Coach, mentor, and conduct performance assessments for team members

    • Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We’d love to work with you if you have:

  • 10+ years in Quality Engineering, Test Automation, or Software Engineering

  • 5+ years in a technical people management role
