This client‑facing, consulting‑led role balances technical leadership with strategic account influence, discovery workshops, and managed services oversight.

The Senior Manager Will

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery across North America while coordinating with global teams in LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive clients, translating business needs into scalable, reliable technology solutions.
• Mentor and develop delivery managers, architects, and engineers while promoting best practices in systems engineering and managed services.
• Contribute to practice evolution, account growth, and the adoption of AI, automation, and modern engineering practices.
