Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge
Proactively work with the Business Line and contract owners to understand business needs, business strategy, and pipeline of contract renewals to build an overall supplier contract strategy (consolidate and reduce contracts where opportunity exists)
Consolidate information around performance and renewals
Develop Top-to-Top Enterprise Supplier Meeting facilitation materials and conduct Top-to-Top Supplier Meetings for enterprise suppliers
Act as the issues/incident escalation point for the supplier that may have an enterprise-wide impact or not resolved at the business level
Lead identification of value creation or supplier savings opportunities with Strategic Category Sourcing lead, Business Line and contract owners
