Purpose Reporting to the Director, Safety, Risk & Compliance, the Senior Manager, Safety & Security is a senior leader accountable for advancing Armstrong Collective’s safety, security, emergency preparedness across Canada and the United States.
This role provides enterprise-level leadership to strengthen a strong safety culture, and organizational resilience ensuring our guests and team members experience safe, compliant, and well managed operations.
The Senior Manager leads the corporate safety and security function, setting clear direction, and continuous improvement for the Safety Management System (SMS), occupational health and safety programs, corporate security, and emergency management.
As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, regulators and operational teams, the role balances strategic foresight with sound judgement and regulatory obligations to operate confidently within a complex highly regulated binational rail environment.
