Support the strategy design, coordination and implementation of strategic projects to ensure effective execution by:
Leading and supporting the implementation of initiatives within Retail Credit Risk Transformation, a program that spans Retail credit risk, including different portfolios within International Business.
Coordinating with partners and appropriate stakeholders to identify opportunities, enable alignment across teams throughout all stages of development and execution, and drive efficiencies and consolidate disparate processes for timely program execution.
Using agile methods to complete projects despite changing priorities; escalate issues as needed.
Ensuring project adherence to schedules by supporting activities and stakeholders.
Aligning individual working teams within the overall program framework.
