What is the Opportunity?

Reporting to Director, PMO Strategic Delivery (Global Security) you are responsible to lead, direct, and oversee activities on planning, delivery, and implementation to ensure enterprise-wide program regulatory goals and objectives are accomplished within approved timeframes, scope, and budget. You will lead the team and liaise with RBC business and technology partners, including external third-party vendors.

What will you do?

• Lead large regulatory program in accordance with RBC’s standard project management discipline.
• Oversee end to end program execution including creation of business case, governance structure, artifacts, risks and issues, financials, and drive business and regulatory mandate.
• Design, establish, and monitor the program's project management goals with a focus on meeting milestones and key deliverables across project timelines.
