Lead Human Capital operations including total rewards, experienced and campus strategies, operational excellence, learning and development planning, talent management, and performance management of RHC
Cultivate and maintain relationships with National/Regional Human Capital, regional Managing Partner, for the region, while driving culture and team member engagement
Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals
