Maintenance of project specific PC execution strategies within the portfolio
Create and maintain consistency on all projects within the portfolio
Lead development and setting standards for advance Project Controls reporting (cost, progress, earned value, resource, benchmarking, etc.)
Manage development of procedures for various project control activities including control budget preparation, cash flow, forecasts, progress tracking, change management
Chair weekly, bi‑weekly and monthly project status review meetings for the portfolio
Manage cost activities including development and implementation of cost control systems, invoice processing activities, monthly cost reporting, trending, FAC Analysis, cost variance analysis, funding budgets and cash flows
