Manage the requirements, design, development, and implementation of Workday reporting solutions for multiple HR data domains, including Recruiting, Learning, Reporting and Security domains. Experience with Paradox or HiredScore an asset. Manage a team of high-performing analysts, coach and develop their Workday skills, identify and prioritize department work, delegate projects and manage to successful results while fostering a safe workplace of inclusiveness and belonging.
