Job Description As the Senior Manager – Manufacturing Assembly and Operations, you will lead operations for a complex value-added manufacturing environment supporting electrical assemblies, wire harnesses, PLC control panels, motor starter panels, and other custom engineered solutions. You will be responsible for managing production and technical teams involved in design support, assembly, testing, and modification of electrical and automation solutions for internal business units and external customers. You will drive operational excellence in safety, quality, delivery, and cost while supporting engineering collaboration, customer requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
