Purpose of Job: The Senior Manager, Business Initiatives is a key contributor to the overall success of Scotia Global Asset Management (SGAM), ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. The Senior Manager supports the adherence to best-in-class Asset Management processes and helps with the implementation of the Global Target operating model within the LatAm and CCA regions.

Major Accountabilities

• Support SGAM Business Initiatives; engage with senior leadership to drive key initiatives that align with and propel the team's strategic vision, providing high-impact support that translates strategy into execution.
• Develop, lead, and execute business initiatives that improve efficiency and enable new capabilities for the SGAM business.
