**Purpose**

Contributes to the overall success of the Insurance business in Canada by defining superior value propositions/products for customers; drives innovative strategies for improved customer acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value and profitability.

+ Contribute to the creation, execution, and monitoring of the annual product and portfolio P&L metrics against plan.
