We’re looking for a Senior Manager - Facility Operations 1 and we promise it’s a really fun role! Responsibilities include:
Planning, organizing, directing and controlling all operations within the service area of the ramp or small volume facility/Station in a way that provides maximum service to customers while maintaining a safe, secure and cost effective operation.
Responsible for all budgetary, people development and operational objectives for the Station and Ramp operations.
Responsible for the overall safety, security, quality, performance and customer experience of Station and Ramp operations.
So what do you need to do all of this?
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) / equivalent
Four (4) years of business experience including, one (1) year in direct management of employees, their performance and operational leadership
