Service Operations Manager has overall responsibility of running the Service Function of an Area.
RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Conceptualize and implement maintenance systems and records. + Conceptualize methods for reduction in callbacks and monitor effectiveness methods. + Conceptualize systems and methods for reduction of annualized hours per unit + Develop and improve rapport between customer and company. + Developing & meeting Business plan forecast. + Manpower planning. + Ensure implementation of safety at all levels. + Conceptualize, and plan methods to better inventory control of stores.
