Responsibilities

Monitor cash balances and intercompany transfers to ensure adequate liquidity.

Identify opportunities to optimize working capital and reduce idle cash.

Coordinate cash flow planning and payment scheduling for recurring obligations, including leases or other financing arrangements.

Oversee banking controls, including dual approvals, stop payments, void cheques, and resolution of returned items.

Administer positive pay and ensure timely reporting of exceptions to prevent fraudulent disbursements.

Oversee payment execution for approved invoices, ensuring all disbursements comply with approval hierarchies and funding availability.
