We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to provide strategic and practical support to IO’s Development and Asset Management Division, with a focus on commercial leasing, development, asset and facility management, as well as related projects, transactions and governance initiatives. Projects are broad in scope and legal support is required through the full life cycle; from shaping business cases, informing policy decisions, designing transactions, to executing and managing the transaction into operations.

What You Will Do

• Draft and negotiate a variety of commercial lease documents, including leases, licenses, letters of intent, amendments, extensions, notices, consents, estoppels, assignment agreements, and other related documents as required.
