As part of the Global Customer Success Organization's Strategy & Enablement team, you will drive CSM team performance and business growth through governance, enablement programs, and strategic planning. You will report to the Director of Strategy & Enablement and collaborate with leaders across Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to improve team performance through onboarding, learning programs, career path planning, and team development.
