Where Work Meets Adventure
The Senior Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist, as part of a team, is responsible for coordinating and implementing the functions of the L&D Department with the goal of aiding continuous and effective staff and student development, in compliance with legislative requirements and best practices of training. The Senior L&D Specialist works in collaboration with the L&D manager and subject matter experts to research, develop, and update dynamic training courses on a regular basis and assists in the delivery of such internal and external training.
