BBA is searching for a Senior Landscape Architect to join our Québec City office. The successful candidate will plan, manage and execute projects or project components while ensuring quality and meeting client expectations.

Responsibilities

Plan production: analyze project needs, define objectives, develop timelines, set budgets and identify potential solutions.

Organize human and material resources: define tasks, allocate workloads and determine required materials.

Lead effectively: ensure tasks are carried out, motivate the team, communicate clearly and make necessary adjustments.

Supervise team members in an advisory role, set and monitor objectives and deadlines, take corrective action when needed, and provide post‑mortem feedback.

Manage and coordinate projects: schedule, budget, quality, OHS, regulatory and client requirement compliance.
