Develop the commercial strategy for the territories/accounts assigned, then leverage it to build strategic relationships across the retail/distributor market ensuring delivery of market share and profitability growth. Work with cross‑functional teams to capture or over‑index Share of Shelf versus competitors, achieving distribution goals and maximizing shelf performance. Create and/or redefine processes to ensure goals are achieved while working as part of a cross‑functional team across different time zones.
