Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain open-source integrations using Spring and Spring Integration, replacing existing MuleSoft-based integrations
Build and establish reusable integration frameworks and backend flows to support a large pipeline of upcoming integrations
Collaborate with a small development team to deliver secure, scalable integration solutions within a COTS application ecosystem (no development within the COTS platform itself)
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to two developers, acting as the senior Java resource on the team (~80% hands-on development / ~20% coaching)
Troubleshoot and optimize integration services, ensuring reliability and performance across operational platforms
