• Strong Java Expertise: Extensive experience in Java development with solid hands‑on in JSP, Servlets, and frameworks like Spring and Struts, along with IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS).
• Healthcare & Integration Knowledge : Experience with IBM InfoSphere MDM (Initiate), HL7/FHIR messaging, and good understanding of healthcare systems and public health programs.
• Modern Development & Data Skills: Proficient in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Open...
