Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize networking (WAN, LAN, WLAN) and server environments, specifically utilizing VMware platforms and Windows Servers.
Provide high-level troubleshooting and end-user support for local and overseas locations. Manage the IT Service Desk lifecycle, including complex escalations.
Maintain a stable Windows domain environment and collaborate with regional teams to ensure platform security and integrity.
Implement proactive risk management plans to prevent system downtime and ensure continuous production capabilities.
