Role Summary:

• Lead the End User Computing (EUC) team, including resource planning, performance, and capability development
• Define and drive EUC strategy, standards, and roadmap across Asia
• Act as technical lead for Modern Workplace (M365, Intune, Entra ID, Teams, etc.)
• Oversee delivery of EUC projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and business outcomes
• Manage vendors and service providers, including contracts and escalations
• Drive automation initiatives (PowerShell, Graph API, Power Platform) to improve efficiency
• Support AI-enabled end-user tools and platforms (e.g. Copilot, Gemini, AI Foundry)
