The Architect provides strategic and actionable architecture designs to activate the needed capabilities, to strengthen Philips to lead along
the health continuum, and to enable the Philips transformation to a Health solutions provider.
**Your role:**
+ Guide and mentor teams, providing technical leadership and ensuring high-quality architectural designs, Wiki pages, Guidelines. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence within the team.
+ Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into a coherent, scalable technology roadmap. Ensure that the architectural roadmap aligns with the company's strategic objectives and follows industry best practices.
+ Continuously monitor technology trends to determine their potential impact on the organization's solutions. Assess new tools, platforms, and frameworks for their potential to enhance the business's service offerings.
