Working directly with a team of Investment Advisors focusing on client relationships and building a sustainable wealth management business
Assisting with keeping client Financial Plans updated and identifying opportunities
Processing and following up on client documentation for proper account maintenance
Assisting with servicing existing clients
Involvement in developing the wealth business using various marketing initiatives
Performing additional administrative duties as required
Skills & Qualifications
Licensed as an Investment Representative (IR) or Registered Representative (RR) with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) and a well‑rounded knowledge of the securities industry
5+ years of experience working in Wealth Management and managing client relationships and assets
