Job description
Active Directory & Entra ID: Operate, troubleshoot, and enhance Active Directory Domain Services in enterprise environments;
Support and maintain Microsoft Entra ID configurations, including: Conditional Access, MFA and authentication flows, Enterprise applications and SSO, Manage and assess Group Policy Objects (GPOs), including impact analysis, change support, and lifecycle activities;
Participate in incident resolution and change implementation related to identity services;
Act as an escalation point for complex identity-related technical issues;
Hybrid Identity & Security Collaboration: Support hybrid identity scenarios (on-prem AD and Entra ID);
Collaborate with Security, IAM, and EUT teams on: Identity-related risk assessments; Access changes with end-user impact; Assist with documentation and evidence for ...
