• Lead and execute HR strategies across global offices, ensuring alignment with organizational growth goals
• Manage complex employee relations issues with strong judgment, discretion, and efficiency
• Develop and expand talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier, globally competitive candidates
• Foster a high-performance culture through effective goal setting, accountability, and leadership development initiatives
• Create and implement compensation and rewards programs designed to attract and retain high-performing employees
• Oversee end-to-end payroll operations across multiple regions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance with local regulations
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulatory requirements in all operating regions
