Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resource Manager will lead day-to-day HR operations while providing administrative support for the company.
Responsibilities
New Talent Identification & Acquisition; assisting with creating and posting job opportunities, candidate sourcing, interviews, reference checks, employee offers, while also working closely with Management at all levels to identify talent and develop growth pathways
Support in scheduling and delivering new hire onboarding training sessions, and collaborate closely with Executive leadership & payroll to ensure new hire onboarding is completed accurately and timely.
Maintaining accurate personnel records filing, managing sensitive and confidential information and being a point person for inquiries for HR related information and issues.
Processing Atlantic Immigration Program applications & additional IRCC documentation, and employment letters.
