About the Opportunity

As an HR Business Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping a high-performing and inclusive workplace in a complex, unionized environment. You’ll work alongside executive leaders, translating business priorities into actionable HR strategies that drive results and impact. This is a senior, hands-on generalist role where you’ll own initiatives end-to-end, partner with leaders on workforce planning, and advise on organizational and labour matters.
