Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
Serve as a primary client point of contact, providing expert advice on complex HR matters including terminations, disciplinaries, and employee management.
Conduct in‑depth consultations, offering strategic solutions and guiding clients through intricate HR challenges.
Demonstrate subject‑matter expertise, fostering client empowerment on HR best practices, compliance, and legislative updates.
Lead and facilitate high‑level client meetings, offering insights, recommendations, and strategic direction to address organizational HR needs.
