Scope of the job:

The Senior HR Generalist is responsible for administering the international’s HR department in full compliance with Adidas international regulations, by providing comprehensive professional HR services and managing the activities of all Adidas employees located in Romania, Bulgaria, and Cyprus.

• Develop recruitment strategies by sourcing talented individuals through a variety of communication channels including Job posts, Social Media, etc…

• Liaise with potential candidates and arrange meetings with the hiring managers and key stakeholders.

• Lead the Recruitment process, from job analysis and posting, short-list candidates, conduct the different interviews, and finalize the job offer.
