Role Overview

Summary of Position: The Senior Health & Safety Coordinator will lead and oversee health and safety compliance and performance across one or more major construction projects. This senior position provides strategic oversight, advanced inspection and investigation capabilities, mentorship to more junior safety staff, and ensures alignment with provincial legislation, internal corporate standards, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Health & Safety Inspections
  Plan, conduct, and document comprehensive site inspections to identify hazards, unsafe conditions, and non‑compliance. Verify implementation and effectiveness of safe work practices, hazard controls, and wellness measures. Issue corrective action requirements and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
