**KEY DUTIES**
- Manage design projects from inception to completion.
- Maintaining and updating existing website content as well as adding new content and creating campaign landing pages as needed.
- Layout and production of marketing collateral based on brand standards, including but not limited to: product brochures, data sheets, white papers, and presentations.
- Offer design improvements and feedback via peer reviews
- Help develop process enhancements and best practices for team
- Responsible for sharing technical skills with rest of team
- Onboard and mentor new and existing designers/marketers on the team
- Other duties as assigned, including backup for other designers
**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIRED SKILLS**
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Expert level experience with Adobe Creative Suite is required—particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
