Job Purpose

Serve as the primary technical lead for the evolution of ExitLag’s systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and operational sustainability. The Senior Developer is responsible for making complex technical decisions, continually evolving architecture, and ensuring the technical health of systems with a focus on business impact and long‑term sustainability.
