Overview

Economic Data Application Enhancements – this role supports application development activities for the Economic Intelligence & Investment Services branch. The focus is on maintaining and modernizing legacy web‑based applications that deliver investment tools and economic data to investors, businesses, and economic developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop frontend architecture and backend web applications using modern web technologies.
• Maintain and upgrade existing software, participate in agile delivery meetings, and support UAT activities.
• Perform automated testing, provide feedback, and execute internal unit testing.
• Write, modify, integrate and test code for web site interfaces and data pipelines.
