Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Food and Beverage Manager to oversee food and beverage operations for facilities accommodating over 5,500 beds. This role requires a strategic leader with a passion for quality service, operational excellence, and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Management:Lead and mentor a diverse team of food and beverage staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Operational Oversight:Manage all aspects of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, budgeting, and inventory control.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
