Prepare and analysis the monthly dashboards ex investment, WCR and P&L with comments vs the budget and previous year.
Participate in the preparation of yearly budget, ER and LTP and provide the related comments and analysis in addition to the presentation required by the head office.
Follow up the investment liquidation by project through a monthly follow up meeting with the management.
Prepare and control margin analysis for nonfuel activity vs budget and N-1, in addition to fuel activities ex Network, GT, Aviation and lubricant.
