About This Opportunity

As a Finance Manager

, you will play a crucial role in managing all of our financial processes, ensuring that all practices are in line with current Canadian tax laws and eventually also our U.S. Tax obligations. Your expertise in Quickbooks finance software and your advanced computer skills will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our financial operations. Financial Record Management

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for both Canadian and U.S. entities in QuickBooks. Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and merchant accounts monthly. Manage the full accounting cycle: AP, AR, payroll journal entries, general ledger, and month-end/year-end close. Prepare and post journal entries including intercompany transfers, accruals, and adjusting entries. Tax & Regulatory Compliance
