Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for both Canadian and U.S. entities in QuickBooks. Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and merchant accounts monthly. Manage the full accounting cycle: AP, AR, payroll journal entries, general ledger, and month-end/year-end close.
