Provide pre‑sales technical support to prospective clients. Support the sales team with customer conference calls. Manage clients from support through the sales cycle to closed business. Respond to customer requests professionally and timely. Understand end‑user applications and technology requirements. Create detailed proposals and written documentation. Identify potential customers and create new accounts. Prepare cost estimates from BOM and related documents. Contribute to CRM and forecast by completing pipeline and lead management.
