Position Overview

As a Senior Estimator, you will take ownership of preparing, reviewing, and presenting discipline-specific estimates for major project proposals. You will manage the estimating process by providing strategic guidance, mentoring team members, and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of deliverables. Your responsibilities will include developing conceptual and detailed estimates, conducting cost analyses, and maintaining historical cost databases. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of departmental procedures and best practices. In this leadership role, you will delegate tasks, oversee quality control, and collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders to support informed decision-making throughout the pre-construction phase.
