Have 5+ more years of professional experience in a full-time engineering management role, with proven experience managing 10-15+ engineers across multiple teams or product areas
Have managed 2+ distinct product areas or teams simultaneously, demonstrating ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and define strategy where it doesn't exist
Possess strong technical depth—ideally as a former senior or staff engineer—with ability to guide data infrastructure and product architecture decisions
Have demonstrated track record of delivering results across multiple workstreams while maintaining quality and team velocity
Have experience setting product and technical strategy in partnership with Product and Design teams
