Role Overview

NETbuilder is building an Observability Practice, and this is a foundational senior hire into it. You will join as a senior Dynatrace consultant with a genuine leadership remit — helping to shape the practice as it grows while delivering hands‑on at its core.

In the near term, this is a hands‑on delivery role first and a leadership role second. The majority of your Year 1 will be spent working directly inside enterprise client teams as a senior Dynatrace practitioner — designing, deploying and operating real solutions, not directing from a distance. That delivery is how you build the practice’s track record and reputation from the ground up. As the team grows the leadership scope broadens, but deep, current Dynatrace delivery expertise remains the foundation of the role.
