The Senior Director, Player Experience Strategy will partner closely with senior production and creative leaders to ensure that all FC player experiences exceed player expectations. The role involves validating through large and small‑scale playtesting, research, competitive analysis and community insights. You will apply in‑depth knowledge of football (soccer) and game development to objectively evaluate experiential quality, ensuring gameplay, modes and live services authentically reflect the sport, its culture and evolving fan expectations across multiple platforms.
