We're growing, and we're looking for an exceptional Senior Director of Operations to help lead us forward.

The Role

Reporting directly to the owner, the Senior Director of Operations is the operational backbone of Vic Studios. You will own the day-to-day performance of the club — driving profitability, elevating the member experience, developing a high-performing team, and upholding the world-class standards our members expect.
