The Senior Director of Business Enablement is accountable for ensuring that Trail’s technology, data and enterprise systems drive measurable business outcomes, innovation and long‑term value creation across the organisation. The role leads business technology enablement, ensuring ERP, future CRM, analytics and data platforms are effectively prioritised, adopted and continually optimised to unlock operational efficiency and tangible value.
Key Responsibilities Business Technology Enablement & Value Realisation
Own business enablement for enterprise platforms including Dynamics 365 and future customer‑facing systems (e.g., CRM)
Ensure systems are configured, extended and enhanced to support Trail across commercial, operations and finance
Translate strategic business priorities into clear technology initiatives and outcomes
Drive adoption, behavioural change and process discipline associated with new system capabilities
