Senior Director, Business Continuity Management & Operational ResilienceThe Senior Director, Business Continuity Management Central & Operational Resilience will spearhead the design and execution of RBC’s enterprise-wide strategy for business continuity management (BCM) and operational resilience within the First Line of Defence (1LOD).This leader will establish the strategic vision, long-term operating model and governance framework that drive consistency, efficiency and resilience across the organization.Partnering closely with business and functional units BCM, Operational Resilience and Incident Management teams, the Senior Director will strengthen coordination and elevate the quality of BCM practices across multiple platforms.This role ensures RBC remains best-in-class in preparedness and response to disruptions through an integrated approach that aligns people, technology and process.Serving as a key bridge between senior management an...
