Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and customer-obsessed Senior Growth Product Manager to join the Marketing Experiences Product Team. In this role, you will support accelerating growth across Autodesk’s digital marketing experiences by driving user acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention through experimentation and data-driven decision-making.

You will support the definition and execution of a growth roadmap that optimizes the end-to-end marketing funnel. Working closely with design, engineering, analytics, lifecycle marketing, and sales partners, you will identify high-impact opportunities, run rapid experiments, and scale what works to deliver measurable business outcomes.

This is a hands-on product role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, operates with urgency, and is passionate about turning insights into action.
