This seasoned fundraiser will balance short-term goals with long-term vision to help build a reliable income stream for the organization. The ideal candidate will actively bring prospective donors to experience Yaldei firsthand while pursuing new opportunities for revenue generation. Proactive and relationship-driven, they will creatively identify and engage new donors, tailor interactions to individuals and situations, and maintain strong stewardship and follow-through.
