Design and build

AI use cases for Collections & Dispute flows

AWS Bedrock

Agent frameworks (AgentCore / orchestration patterns)

Nova Sonic (voice AI / conversational AI)

Integrate AI into Amazon Connect journeys (where applicable)

Evaluate and integrate

3rd-party AI solutions

where beneficial

Guide team on:

Must have:

Strong

hands-on AI/GenAI engineering background

Experience with

AWS Bedrock + LLM integrations

Exposure to

contact centre AI (voice, chat, automation)

is a strong plus

Comfortable working in

hybrid stack (AWS native + external AI tools)
